I am ACE Certified and K11 Certified Personal Trainer. I will be personal training you through your fitness routine to make you stronger. Boost your metabolism, increase your muscle mass, increase your bone density as well as maintaining your fat loss to achieve your dream body. Weight lifting isn’t just about bulking up and building muscle mass. You will not be able to see the results you desire if you don’t listen to what your body is telling you. There’s not one workout that’s fit for all.
My workouts will be catered to your body, your weaknesses and your style. I can be your gym trainer or your personal trainer at home.

WORKOUT PLAN
As your personal trainer together we will conduct a variety of assessments beginning with a preparticipation health-screening and may also include assessments of posture and movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness, body composition, and skill-related parameters (e.g., power, agility, coordination etc).
I will create one-on-one fitness programmes for you, motivating and guiding you to achieve your goals in my personal training.
You may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, and as your gym trainer I will guide and help you to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans.

I will help you stay motivated using my Health Coaching skills and help you target from the root cause as your functional medicine coach too.

People often don’t see results because they’re not working as hard as they could. It’s easy to slack off when you’re by yourself, but having someone to challenge you (and cheer you on) can make a difference.
Hold you accountable:
I will help you set weekly goals, then check in on a regular basis to see how you’re doing.
Teach you:
Whether you want to learn how to lift weights properly or learn a new exercise with correct form and technique to add to your routine. You might think you need to focus on cardio to lose weight, but you need strength training and core training, too.
You may find that you are getting results—just not in the way you expected. I can see your situation more clearly from the outside and can offer you a new perspective by addressing the root cause as your functional medicine health coach too.
